Antonio Conte’s Napoli suffered their first defeat of pre-season, losing 2-0 to Girona FC after an Alex Meret howler, with Pasquale Mazzocchi carried off injured.

Napoli lost their final pre-season friendly to Girona in a match played beneath a deluge at the Stadio Patini in Castel di Sangro.
Donny van de Beek gave the Spanish side the lead midway through the first half.
With the second half drawing to a close, Amir Rrahmani struck the woodwork from a corner before Toni Villa slid in make it 2-0.
The Azzurri will now turn their attentions to next Saturday's Coppa Italia clash with Modena at the Stadio Maradona.

Ich habe das Spiel nicht gesehen, aber Meret hat offensichtlich durch einen krassen Patzer das 0:1 verschuldet.
...und zudem hat sich Mazzocchi am Knöchel verletzt.

Was wirklich bitter ist, dass weiterhin das Osimhen Thema nicht geklärt ist. In einer Woche haben wir das erste Pflichtspiel und weder haben wir Osimhen verkauft noch einen neuen Stürmer verpflichtet.
Mittelfeld das selbe, aber im Sturm ist die Situation am blödesten.

...und zudem hat sich Mazzocchi am Knöchel verletzt. Hab die Szene gesehen, das Schlimme ist, dass das bei Meret nicht zum ersten Mal passiert ist und wahrscheinlich auch nicht zum letzten Mal passieren wird
Ich hoffe, dass Caprile die Chance als Stammtorhüter erhält, bei Meret habe ich einfach kein gutes Gefühl, er ist immer für einen Bock gut und strahlt auch keine Sicherheit aus.
